The Challenge
What challenge did the client want Karen to address?
When Heli joined the Quick Start Intensive Program, she was at a crossroads in her career. She wanted to transition away from her main job but lacked the confidence and clarity to take her next steps. "I was seeking both encouragement and help with understanding how to generate income so that it would be possible to take the leap," she explained. The uncertainty of
what steps to take next was daunting, and Heli needed a structured approach to navigate this transition successfully.
Why did the client have this challenge?
Coming into the Quick Start Intensive Program, Heli was experiencing a sense of boredom and stagnation in her job, which she had been doing for 30 years across different employers but in essentially the same role. Despite her extensive experience as a manager and leader, she felt unfulfilled and sought a new challenge.
Heli’s workdays were excessively long, sometimes reaching 16 hours a day, seven days a week, and she knew this was unsustainable and unhealthy. In addition to desiring more variety in her professional life, Heli also wanted to leverage her experience to help others while working fewer days per week and earning more.
Why did this client engage Karen to help?
Heli decided to join the Quick Start Intensive Program because she had previously attended some of Karen's workshops and was impressed by her approach. "I was searching for a program that felt like it was designed for me, and one that provided the opportunity to interact with other coaches," she said.
After following Karen on LinkedIn and social media for two to three years and visiting her website, Heli realized “what a diamond” Karen is. When she reached a breaking point with her job, something clicked for her, and in that moment she knew Karen’s program was her answer.

Heli worked in the Quick Start Intensive group for 3 months to accelerate her business results.

The Results
How did Karen’s solution solve the client’s challenge?
Initially, Heli was skeptical about the effectiveness of the Quick Start Intensive Program and whether she needed to follow all the marketing steps outlined. She found the idea of creating videos and completing other marketing tasks overwhelming. However, as she progressed through the first round, Heli became more comfortable with the process and realized that with sufficient time and focus, the program had incredible value and potential to help her succeed.
Through becoming more comfortable with the marketing framework outlined in QSI, and leveraging existing relationships, Heli was able to exceed her financial goal for the quarter.
What benefits did this client immediately see because of his work with Karen?
Heli also applied an idea Karen shared about "low hanging fruit" and reconnected with previous clients, which led to significant opportunities. One client, in particular, engaged her services without hesitation, resulting in an $8,000 deal. With additional income from other clients, Heli successfully achieved her financial goals in the first round and felt confident to aim even higher in the future.
What benefits should this client see over time because of her work with QSI?
Heli’s primary goal in the near future is to leave her current job. Looking further ahead over the next few years, she looks forward to becoming an even more successful coach, enjoying her career, and having the opportunity to serve leaders and managers. She is also excited about living a more relaxed and healthier life.
