What challenge did the client want Karen to address?

As a contracted licensed ICF Professional Coach, Magda had incredible international exposure working with leaders in companies across the world, but she was unable to access those clients as a solopreneur. Magda’s goal was to diversify her business and grow her own private practice beyond the contracted coaching network she was using.

Why did the client have this challenge?

Magda didn’t know the process for building her own business, how to reach out to people or create a conversation that would potentially lead to a sale. She says, “Even though I have a track record in business development as a corporate banker, building a private practice is totally different.”

Why did this client engage Karen to help?

After seeing Karen present at an ICF conference in Romania, Magda was drawn to Karen’s approach to business development. “She has a way of doing this with ease and joy. That’s what drew me into reaching out to her and scheduling a conversation,” Magda explains.

What was the solution?

Magda joined QSI and followed the tested protocols Karen teaches. Learning about market research conversations and enrollment conversations allowed Magda to finally have a process in place that allowed her to build her private coaching practice.

What was the timeline?

In three months with QSI, Magda met her initial goal of generating business outside of her coaching contracts and increasing her private clients. Actually, at the end of the first 3 months of QSI, the income she generated from her private practice was almost 3X what she was making as a contractor.

Using the protocols inside QSI, Magda was able to better articulate who her ideal client was, the main result she could help them with, and create an irresistible offer. She gained confidence in how to reach out to potential clients and use conversation to lead to sales.
